Vertex

Vertex is the Divmod implementation of the Q2Q protocol.

Q2Q (or "Quotient to Quotient") is a peer-to-peer connection management protocol that uses SSL and makes extensive use of peer certificate signing to provide security, as well as a distributed identity management system. Connection endpoints are identity+protocol combinations in Q2Q, rather than the traditional host+port endpoint.

The Q2Q section is under construction. For now, please feel free to download Q2Q from Quotient's SVN trunk. The only documentation currently available are the somewhat cryptic slides from Glyph's PyCon talk. The PyCon website may have a recorded version of his presentation as well.
